Delivery

We offer FREE UK mainland shipping on orders over £45. 

Shipping is £14 for orders below £45. 

 

Fulfilment 

Expected delivery is 3-4 working days from date of order being placed.

All our canvases are made to order and we aim to post within 2 working days of order being placed. Courier typically takes 1-2 working days. 

 

Returns & Replacements

If you are unhappy with your purchase we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

If your item has not arrived within 7 working days of purchase please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you. 

If you purchase the wrong item you may return it for an exchange or refund minus our £14 shipping cost. You must also arrange your own return shipping costs. This is not applicable for custom made to order canvases. 

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for custom size canvases unless the canvas is damaged, incorrect or you are unhappy with it.
